Every single one of our products is made to be customized with your logo and/or requested artwork! We have provided an upload link for artwork on each product for your convenience while checking out. Completely customize your product by letting us do a FREE DESIGN for you.

Anybody(we mean anybody) can set up one of our canopies within minutes! Please let us know if you have any questions with setting up your product.

Our canopies weigh within a range of 50lbs - 95lbs dependent on the size/style.

Yes. We got our start in the canopy business because of our love for the sport of Motocross. Our canopy frames and tops are specifically designed for wind, rain, snow and anything else mother nature might throw your way! Please be sure to stake your canopies down and not to leave unattended for a long period of time as mistakes do happen!

We will always warranty any apparent product defect and/or error. We will not warranty normal wear and tear on our products. Our products are used continuously in the sun, rain, snow and other weather elements. We have no way of tracking how or when your product was used, and if it was used correctly. Prime Canopies will always put the customer first. If you feel that your product is defective go ahead and reach out to us with your Order # and photos of the defective unit. 

Your canopy top(back drop, table cover and side skirts) can all be washed with a garden hose. Please use a very soft brush and light detergent to get any stains out of your product. Try to avoid scrubbing directly on your logo and/or artwork.

We hold a very limited stock of replacement parts. This is only because we produce so few defects! If for some odd reason you do need replacement parts for your product, please feel free to reach out to us and we'll do our best to provide service to you.   General tools needed for replacement parts: Phillips Screwdriver and Allen Wrenches.

Each of our canopies comes standard with a heavy duty aluminum frame.

Yes, you will. All custom orders come with a proof before anything is printed. Once your proof has been approved, you can not make any changes to your order. If you have not received a proof in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder just in case.

We will send a proof within 1-3 business days for approval. If it is not approved within a month, we will send a reminder email for approval. If it is not approved within two months, your order will automatically be approved, printed, and shipped the way the proof looks. There will not be any refunds after approval.

Production times vary depending on our current workload. Generally, you can expect your proof within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Once your proof is approved, please allow 7-12 Business days for us to produce and ship your order. All orders will receive tracking as soon as we ship.
